Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

AI Pumpkin Carving turns a short text idea or a photo of a pet or object into a black-and-white pumpkin carving stencil and a glowing-pumpkin preview, using Nano Banana (Google Gemini 2.5 Flash Image) on fal.ai. This policy covers the text you submit, the photos you upload and the images we return.

2. Prohibited content

Do not submit ideas or photos for, and do not use our results for, any of the following:

• Pornography and sexual content (NSFW).
• Violence and gore, including real injuries, cruelty or glorifying attacks.
• Hate speech or symbols that attack people for their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or nationality.
• Child-unsafe content: any sexual content involving minors (CSAM) or content that endangers children.
• Deepfakes and impersonation: images of real people, including celebrities and politicians, or anything meant to deceive people about who someone is.
• Copyright and trademark infringement: famous characters, logos and brands, or photos you do not have the right to use.

Zero tolerance

CSAM, content promoting terrorism or mass violence, and non-consensual intimate imagery lead to immediate deletion, a permanent block and, where the law requires it, a report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or law enforcement.

3. How content is checked

• Before generation: every text idea is checked against our blocklist (sexual content, minors, violence and hate, real people and politicians, copyrighted characters and brands), which we update as new abuse appears, and then by Waffo Prompt Sift. Uploaded photos are checked by an image-safety filter.
• After generation, before display: every result is checked by an image-safety filter before you see it. The AI model also refuses unsafe requests.
• Logs: we keep a log of these decisions and review it regularly.
• No public sharing: there is no gallery or feed; each design has a private link.
• Short retention: unpaid designs are deleted after 3 days, unlocked packs after 30 days.

4. Reporting

To report a violation or a result that infringes your rights, email hello@aipumpkincarving.com with a description and, if you have it, the link. We review reports within 2 business days, and immediately for child-safety reports.

5. Enforcement

• delete the design and any uploaded photo immediately;
• block further use from the connection that submitted it;
• refuse to unlock the design (any payment taken for content we refuse is refunded);
• report illegal content to the authorities where required by law.

6. Appeals

If you think we acted in error, email hello@aipumpkincarving.com within 30 days. A person who was not involved in the original decision will review it.

7. AI disclosure

All stencils and previews are AI-generated. The glowing-pumpkin image is an AI illustration of how your design could look, not a photo of a real pumpkin.
